Park Rules & Regulations

BEECH STREET ESTATES RULES AND REGULATIONS 

These rules and regulations are not restrictive and are in place to provide everyone with a great place to live. We expect everyone living here to gladly support them. 

GENERAL RULES: 

1. No subletting, renting, or occupation by anyone not listed on the application will be permitted 

except with the approval of the management. 

2. No peddling, soliciting, or commercial enterprise is permitted in the park except with the approval of management. 

3. Mobile homes will not be sold with the understanding that the buyer may retain the same lot 

without prior consent of the park owner or management 

4. Disorderly conduct, abusive language, noisy disturbances, or disregard of the rules and regulations contained herein shall be ground for immediate removal of all persons committing said offenses from the premises. 

5. The management reserves the right of access onto all lots for the purpose of inspection and utility maintenance. 

6. Management will not be responsible for any damage caused by children, accidents, injuries, loss of property, theft, flood, or other natural disasters. 

7. Every resident shall be responsible for any violation of these rules and regulations by any member of his/her family or guest. 

8. Any violation of these rules and regulation by a residents that is uncorrected by him/her, or that 

causes damage to a dwelling or seriously interferes with the comfort and safety of another resident shall be grounds for termination of the lease or rental agreement 

9. Management shall be notified immediately of any hazardous conditions which are known to be a violation of these rules and regulations. 

10. Fireworks are prohibited on the park. 

11. No LOUD MUSIC or disturbances allowed during the day. STOP MUSIC AT 10pm. 12. All residents must complete a lot application and update all information within 30 days and must notify management when information changes. 

13. No parties or any type of events unless approved by management. 

14. No burning tire or speeding excessively over 5mph inside the park's driveway. Tenants are responsible for their guest. 

15. Loose gun shooting or any abuse of firearms is prohibited in the park. Failure to comply will result in a report to the Texas Police Department. 

16. Trash bin is only for the use of tenants. 

17. Trash is meant to be thrown inside the bin Not around it. You will be fined if failure to comply. 

MOBILE HOME LOTS 

1. Lots will be inspected periodically by management 

2. All mobile homes will be completely skirted around 

3. 

No trash or debris around the mobile home. 

QUEENS COACH RULES AND REGULATIONS 

4. Management will supply utility connections to each lot, each resident shall be solely responsible 

for the proper connection of the utility from his mobile home. 

5. Residents will be responsible for proper placement of their mobile home on their foundation 

stand. 

6. Connection to the park must be made with correct utility connections to each lot. 

7. Resident will be responsible to keep the parking area clean of all debris, trash, or other 

miscellaneous items. 

8. Only two vehicles per lot, or resident will be billed a monthly rate for each extra vehicle. ($50.00 per additional vehicle) 

9. If a lot is neglected the management reserves the right to take over its care and bill the resident. $35.00 

10. No boats, travel trailers, or other such equipment will be stored on lot. Storage will only be permitted at designated areas assigned by management. 

11. Pet are allowed with a fee of $25.00 for a small size and $35.00 for a big size.

Estas normas y reglamentos no son restrictivas y están en lugar para proporcionar a todos un gran lugar para vivir. Esperamos que todos los que viven aquí las apoyen con mucho gusto. 

NORMAS GENERALES 

1. No compartidos, alquilar, o ocupación por cualquier persona que no aparece en la aplicación. No se permitirá excepto con la aprobación de la gestión. 

2. Ninguna empresa de venta, solicitar o comercial está permitida en el parque excepto con la aprobación de la gestión. 

3. Casas rodantes no se venderá con el entendimiento que el comprador podrá mantener el mismo lote sin el consentimiento previo del dueño del parque. 

4. Conducta desordenada, lenguaje abusivo, disturbio ruidoso o incumplimiento de las normas y regulaciones contenidas en el presente documento será motivo para el retiro inmediato de todas las personas que comete dicho ofensas de las premisas. 

5. La administración reserva el derecho de acceso a todos los lotes en todo momento con el fin de mantenimiento inspección y utilidad. 

6. Gestión no será responsable por los daños causados por niños, accidentes, lesiones, pérdida de la propiedad, robo, inundación y otros desastres naturales. 

7. Cada residente será responsable por cualquier violación de estas reglas y regulaciones por cualquier miembro de su familia o huéspedes. 

8. Cualquier violación de estas reglas y regulación por parte de una comunidad de vecinos no corregido por él o que causa daños a una vivienda o interfiere seriamente con la comodidad y la seguridad de otro residente serán causales de terminación del contrato de arrendamiento o alquiler de acuerdo

9. Gestión se notificará inmediatamente de cualequiera condiciones peligrosas que se conocen por ser una violación de estas reglas y regulaciones. 

10. Fuegos artificiales están prohibidos en el parque. 

11. No música ESTRIDENTE o disturbios permitidos durante el dia. Detener a las 10pm. 

12. Todos los residentes deben completar una solicitud de lote y actualizar toda la información 

dentro de 30 días y debe notificar a la administración cuando la información cambia. 

13. NO se permite fiestas o cualquier evento a lo menos que sea aprobado por dueña o 

management 

14. NO se permite quemar llanta ni acelerar más de 5 mph. Son responsable por sus invitados. 

15. Disparar suelta mente o cualquiera abuso de armas de fuego, está prohibido en el parque. El incumplimiento dará como resultado en un informe al Departamento de Policía de Tejas. 16. El bote de basura es solo para el uso de viventes. 

17. Toda la basura tiene que ser tirada dentro del bote NO alrededor. 

LOTES DE CASAS MÓVILES 

1. Lotes serán inspeccionados periódicamente por la gerencia 

2. Todas las casas móviles tendrán que ser bordeadas completamente alrededor 

3. No basura o escombros alrededor de casa móvil 

4. Gestión proporcionará conexiones de utilidad para cada lote, cada residente será responsable de la conexión correcta de la utilidad de su casa móvil. 

5. Residente será responsable de la colocación apropiada de su Móvil-home en su stand de la Fundación. 

6. Conexión al parque debe realizarse con las conexiones de la utilidad correcta a cada lote. 

7. Residente será responsable de mantener el área de estacionamiento de todos los escombros, basura y otros objetos. 

8. Sólo dos vehículos por lote o residente serán facturados a una tarifa mensual por cada vehículo adicional. 

9. Si se descuidan mucho del lote, la gerencia reserva el derecho de hacerse cargo de su cuidado y el residente con un cargo. $ 35.0. 

10. No botes, remolques de viaje, u otros equipos se almacenarán en muchos. Almacenamiento de información sólo se permitirá en las áreas asignadas por la gerencia. 

11. Mascotas son permitidos con un costo de $25.00 por pequeño tamaño o $35.00 por grande tamaño.
